Overall Accountability
The Administrative Secretary, Secondary provides clerical and administrative support to administration, personnel, parents, students, and members of the public. The Administrative Secretary works in a collaborative and coordinated manner with personnel within the school.
Specific Accountabilities

Manages office processes and procedures such as bookings, filing, reports, attendance, report cards, etc.
Qualifications

Excellent communication, organization and interpersonal skills

Fluency in languages will be a definite asset for French Immersion and International Spanish Academy schools.
