Overall Accountability
The School Assistant, Healthy Choices Program will support the implementation and on-going operation of a School Nutrition Program working with the Consultant, Comprehensive School Health and the Principal.
Specific Accountabilities
• Responsible for distribution and service of foods
• Communicates with outside program vendors.
• Oversees the ordering, purchasing and/or delivery of food from approved suppliers.
• Responsible for distribution, collection and cleaning of small wares, dishes etc.
• Records data of food distribution and management
• Responsible for inventory management of program
• Responsible for weekly menu planning
• Prepares and cooks food for daily lunch meals.
