Overall Accountability
The Employee Absence Management Specialist is responsible for processing short-term employee absences, facilitating the deployment of Guest Teachers and casual support staff through SmartFind Express and responding to employee inquiries regarding various leave issues.
Specific Accountabilities

Provides support to staff in the use of SmartFind Express and PS Self-Service functions: resolves issues and responds to questions related to absences, leaves and absence balances, through Service Now requests
Qualifications
- High School Diploma
-
One (1) to two (2) years’ experience in Human Resources

Experience with SmartFind Express and PeopleSoft preferred

Experience arranging coverage for large numbers of employees

Understanding of the school system

Customer service experience
