Overall Accountability
The Technical Support Analyst (Network Focus) plays a key role in maintaining the performance, reliability, and security of a large-scale district network connecting more than 120 schools and administrative sites. This position is responsible for implementing, monitoring, and optimizing the district’s wired, wireless, and edge network infrastructure — including switches, access points, firewalls, and Network Access Control systems. The successful candidate will work collaboratively with stakeholders to design and deploy network enhancements, resolve complex connectivity issues, and ensure reliable access to digital resources that support learning and operations across the district. Specific Accountabilities

Responsible for the stability and performance of all IT infrastructure including local and wide area networks, endpoint devices, servers, databases, applications, cloud platforms, and miscellaneous hardware and associated software programs
Qualifications

Experience with networking concepts, protocols, and security technologies, including LAN/WAN, Cloud, domain management, firewall and identity management

Experience with Active Directory, Azure, Microsoft 365 and Google productivity and security platforms, including Windows Server, client operating systems and endpoint management

Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer, Microsoft Certified Associate or Expert, and network (CCNA, CCNP, etc.) certifications preferred
