How to Apply – Exempt Staff
All exempt staff opportunities are posted and managed online through our careers site. We welcome applications from all qualified Catholic and non-Catholic candidates. All available positions are posted as they become available. We encourage you to check the site regularly or sign up for job alerts to receive notifications directly to your email.

Please note that applications submitted in person, or by email are not accepted.

Required Documentation (Upon Offer of Employment)
If you are offered a support staff position, the following documentation will be required:

• Copy of Police Information Check issued within the past six months
• A Vulnerable Sector Search is required for all school-based positions
• If applicable to the position, proof of post-secondary education (e.g., transcripts, certificate, diploma, or degree)
• Copy of government-issued identification (e.g., passport, provincial driver’s licence, or birth certificate)
• Copy of Social Insurance Number
• Valid Drivers’ License (Copy).

Successful candidates may begin employment once all required documentation has been submitted and approved by People Services.

Exempt staff are not represented by a Union.
